Data protection is very important to me. When collecting, processing and using, I strictly adhere to the statutory provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) so that you can feel safe when visiting my website. This means that you can visit my website at any time without giving or leaving any personal information. The data is stored anonymously and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity.

Storage of access data in server log files

How long is personal data stored?
I process and store personal data you voluntarily provide me within the context of contacting me (e.g. using the contact form, booking request or via email). Which explict data is collected can be seen from the respective forms. I only use the provides data to process your inquiries. Your data will be blocked for further use after processing has been completed and deleted after the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or I reserve the right to use the data beyond when the use is permitted legally.
Data transfer to processors and third parties
I use service providers for the purpose of hosting my web platform and backing it up as well as sending e-mails. This so called order data processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and the relevant service providers are among other things obliged by me to treat your data exclusively in accordance with my instructions and the provisions of the GDPR. In particular, they are obliged to keep your data strictly confidential. Furthermore they are also prohibited from processing the data for purposes other than those agreed. All contract data processors have been carefully selected and only receive access to your data to the extent and for the required period of time that is necessary for the provision of the services, or to which you have consented to.
No further transmission of personal data, i.e. disclosure to third parties, takes place. This does not apply to transmissions to authorized government agencies upon request or to law enforcement authorities in the event of misuse of my website as well as services and information on this topic.
